We wanted to take a moment to share our sincere hope that your family is staying healthy and safe as our Grand Strand Community copes with the COVID-19 outbreak. Like you, we are actively supporting government issued community safety measures and doing everything possible to help slow the spread so we may return to some level of normalcy.
This unprecedented health crisis has caused many hardships and challenges, but what has been truly inspiring and heartening, is to see the outpouring of love, compassion, hope as family’s bond together to support one another. At Touch MedSpa, caring for and supporting one another is deeply embedded in our culture, and since the day we opened our doors, we have considered all our guests and employees as part of our family.
As a valued customer at Touch MedSpa, we wanted to share with you some information about our Promise. The hands are a symbol utilized throughout Touch MedSpa brand and represents our commitment to both our team and customers — both our guests and employees. It also symbolizes H.E.A.R.T – Humility, Excellence, Attitude, Respect and Trust. With that in mind, we established this promise to take our commitments to serving the community at the highest level possible and now, a step further to better address some of the new uncertainties many feel right now.

OUR SAFETY PROMISE
After re-opening, we will continue our enhanced sterilization measures such as fully sanitizing each room between guests, disinfecting common areas every 30 minutes and the encouragement of hand-washing upon arriving to your appointment.
Additionally, please see our new protocols below:
– Upon arrival of your appointment, please remain in your vehicle and alert us of your arrival by texting 843-249-5433 so that we can sanitize your private room.
– Please do not bring children, friends or spouses to your appointment with you.
– We will ask each patient a series of questions to ensure safety of our guests and staff members.
– Offering minimal staffing and reduced hours to reduce the amount of appointments per day.
– Staggered appointments to streamline social distancing.
COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Touch MedSpa takes pride in our level of commitment to serve our community. As we open up our doors we will be focused on giving back to the foundations we support such as Sea Coast Foundation, North Strand Housing Shelter, Backpack Buddies food drive and serving the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce as well as the City of North Myrtle Beach. Upon re-opening we are also planning to show our immense gratitude to those within the medical community who are battling on the front lines of this epidemic with programs to provide much needed self-care to these individuals.
FLEXIBILITY
We realize each of us will face moments of uncertainty as we move forward. To help you make future plans with confidence, we have temporarily suspended all memberships. When you are ready to continue your skincare, wellness or relaxation journey we will reinstate your membership at a new starting point. We will also offer flexibility if you missed your membership in March. You will have 90 days to use this visit upon opening date. This program gives you, members, confidence knowing that we have kept all potential hardships in mind and your wellbeing is the most important thing to us.
