Hi everyone!
I’m Beth, nurse practitioner here at Touch MedSpa.
As we move into October, we want to take a moment to reflect on what this month represents — it’s both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Menopause Awareness Month.
I want to take this time to honor all the women who are navigating these seasons of life — facing changes in their bodies, emotions, and overall health. You are not alone. We’re here to make sure you feel heard, seen, and understood.
I especially want to recognize women who have faced a breast cancer diagnosis — those currently going through treatment and those who consider themselves survivors. Too often, they’re left out of the menopause conversation, and I want to invite them back in.
It’s not just about surviving — it’s about thriving. Your quality of life matters.
There are safe and effective options — both hormonal and non-hormonal — that can help you feel your best. If you’ve felt left out or uncertain about where to turn, I encourage you to reach out and start a conversation with us.
Let’s make this month about awareness, empowerment, prevention, and truly honoring women through every stage and challenge of life.
