Touch MedSpa is committed to results as a whole! Our history started with a passion to enhance the quality of life and build confidence for every client. And through the years, we’ve embraced change to evolve into the full-service medical spa we are today.

Proudly rooted in North Myrtle Beach, Touch MedSpa has worked hard to create an inviting, professional atmosphere that offers simple treatment plans and flexible membership programs that help you save all year long.

Our team

Dr. Sandhya Talakokkla, M.D. is a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience in hospital medicine since 2017. She completed her residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center/CAMC-WVU program and received advanced clinical training through clerkships at prestigious institutions including the Duke ABMT Program, Northwestern University, and the National Institutes of Health.

Driven by a passion for aesthetic medicine, Dr. Talakokkla joined Touch MedSpa in 2024 with a specialized focus on advanced laser therapies, including TRL Resurfacing Laser and CO2 technology. She serves as a key clinical leader in our laser department, bringing expert insight and guidance to help our team fully harness the potential of these treatments.

Dr. Sandy has trained under three nationally renowned laser physicians through intensive preceptorships. Her leadership and knowledge ensure our providers stay at the forefront of innovation, safety, and results in laser-based care.

With a foundation built on integrity and compassion, Dr. Talakokkla’s mission is to help every client feel confident and empowered through personalized, results-driven aesthetic treatments.
