Cancellation Policy
Touch Med Spa is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and your appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or modify your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, it prevents other clients on our waiting list from being treated. For these reasons, we are strictly enforcing our 24 hour cancellation policy.
Clients receive call, email, and text message reminders in regards to upcoming appointments. Upon receiving confirmation messages, you have the option to modify your appointment at no additional charge.
Any cancellations or modifications made after the 24 hour mark will result in a non refundable charge to your credit card on file. The fee is $75.
