By choosing our Balance Plus HRT Program. You’ve taken the first step toward achieving your health goals with the support and guidance you need. Our program is designed to empower you with the tools, resources, and personalized care to help you succeed every step of the way.

What to Expect:

• 1 extra set of labs/year (2 total)
• All lab readings/appointments

• 2 vials of peptides
